No elevator — the guest floor is reached by stairs. There is, however, a powered stair lift, and it is the kind you sit on and ride. It covers the flight from the ground floor to the second floor only; the last flight, from the second floor up to the third, has to be climbed on foot. If you would rather send a heavy suitcase up on the lift, you are welcome to try. Yes — both before check-in and after check-out. Please keep valuables such as cash, passports and laptops with you, as the storage area is not locked. We have no parking on site, but you will not struggle. There are plenty of coin car-parks within a five-minute walk — Ukishima-dori and the streets around it have several, so you can usually find a space even at busy times. For motorbikes, there is a dedicated car-park three minutes away at ¥200 per 12 hours.当宿に駐車場はございませんが、お車を停める場所には困りません。浮島通りをはじめ、徒歩5分圏内にコインパーキングが多数あります。混み合う時間帯でも、たいてい空きが見つかります。バイクは専用の駐輪場が徒歩3分（12時間200円）にあります。

Yes — booking Room 301 and Room 302 together gives your group the entire floor, with the gas dryer and the corridor to yourselves. Each room already has its own kitchen, shower and toilet.
