The amount shown for your plan and dates in the booking panel. Rates are per room, per night, from ¥13,000 as a guide, and vary by date and season. All prices are shown and charged in Japanese yen, tax included. The confirmed total displayed at the moment of booking is the price that applies.各宿泊プラン・ご予約画面に表示された金額です。料金はお部屋単位・1泊あたりで、目安は1室1泊 ¥13,000〜。日程や季節によって変動します。

Charges besides the room rate商品代金以外に必要な料金
Cleaning fee ¥5,500 (tax included), charged once per stay — not per night. Any other additional charge is itemised in the booking panel before you confirm. There is no accommodation tax. Internet connection charges and any communication costs needed to make the booking are borne by the guest.清掃費 ¥5,500（税込）を1滞在につき1回申し受けます（1泊ごとではありません）。

Free up to 10 days before check-in. From 9 to 4 days before, 50% of the accommodation charge. From 3 days before onwards, and for a no-show, 100%. Changing your bookingご予約の変更
Cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or message us directly. Extending your stay is subject to availability — just ask. If you leave earlier than booked, the nights already reserved may still be charged.キャンセルは、ご予約確認メール内のリンクから、または当宿へ直接ご連絡ください。延泊は空室状況によりお受けできますので、ご相談ください。ご予約より早くご出発される場合、ご予約済みの宿泊分を申し受けることがあります。
Refunds返金について
Where a refund is due, it is calculated under the cancellation policy applied to your booking and returned to the card used, through Stripe. The time it takes to appear depends on your card issuer. Because this is an accommodation service, we cannot refund a stay after it has been provided, and a cancellation fee already incurred is not refundable.返金が生じる場合は、ご予約に適用されたキャンセルポリシーに基づいて算定し、Stripe を通じてご利用のカードへご返金いたします。ご返金の反映時期はカード会社の規定によります。

Typhoons and cancelled flights台風・欠航について
Okinawa gets typhoons, and we know that is nobody's fault. If the flight or ferry you were booked on is cancelled by the operator, please contact us — we look at each case individually.沖縄には台風があります。ご搭乗予定の航空便やフェリーが運航会社の判断で欠航となった場合は、ご連絡ください。個別に状況をうかがったうえで対応いたします。
