The terms below are the same as the ones shown on Booking.com and in our own booking panel. If anything here ever differs from what the booking panel shows you at the moment of booking, the booking panel is the one that applies — and please tell us so we can fix this page.以下の条件は、Booking.comおよび当サイトの予約パネルに表示されるものと同じ内容です。
万一この内容と、ご予約時に予約パネルに表示される条件とが食い違っていた場合は、予約パネルの表示が優先されます。あわせて当宿までお知らせいただけますと、このページを訂正いたします。

Cleaning fee清掃費 The cleaning fee is charged once per stay. If a booking is cancelled without charge, the cleaning fee is not charged either.清掃費は1滞在につき1回です。キャンセル料が発生しないキャンセルの場合、清掃費もいただきません。

How to cancelキャンセルの方法 Use the link in your confirmation email, or message us directly. Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb must be cancelled on that same site.ご予約確認メール内のリンクから、または当宿へ直接ご連絡ください。Booking.com・Airbnb 経由のご予約は、それぞれのサイト上でお手続きください。

Typhoons and flight cancellations: Okinawa gets typhoons, and we know that is nobody's fault. If the flight or ferry you were booked on is cancelled by the operator, send us proof — a cancellation certificate from the airline, or a screenshot of the operator's service status showing the cancellation. Once we have confirmed it, we refund your booking in full, with no cancellation fee, whatever the cancellation table above would otherwise say. 台風・欠航について：沖縄には台風があります。ご搭乗予定の航空便やフェリーが運航会社の判断で欠航となった場合は、欠航が確認できるもの（航空会社発行の欠航証明書、または欠航が明記された運航状況の画面）をお送りください。確認のうえ、上のキャンセル料の表にかかわらず全額をご返金いたします。

Booking on this site当サイトからのご予約 Online card payment at the time of booking, processed securely by Stripe through our booking engine (Beds24).ご予約時にオンラインのカード決済で完了します。決済は予約エンジン（Beds24）を通じて Stripe が安全に処理します。

Prepayment前払いの有無 Prepayment only. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking — there is no pay-on-arrival option.前払いのみです。ご予約時に全額をお支払いいただきます。現地でのお支払いは承っておりません

Check-inチェックインFrom 4:00 PM. Self check-in — instructions are sent before you arrive, so any arrival time is fine.16:00〜。セルフチェックインです。手順はご到着前にお送りしますので、何時のご到着でも問題ありません。

Check-outチェックアウトBy 10:00 AM.10:00まで。

Early check-in / late check-outアーリーIN・レイトOUTBoth are possible on request. Ask us before you arrive and we will arrange it if the room allows.いずれもご相談ください。前後のご予約状況によりますが、可能なかぎり対応いたします

Luggage before / after your stayお荷物のお預かりWe can hold your bags both before check-in and after check-out. Please take valuables — cash, passports, laptops — with you, as the storage area is not locked. A Yamato Transport counter is three minutes away if you would rather ship them.チェックイン前・チェックアウト後ともにお預かりできます。現金・パスポート・パソコンなどの貴重品は、お手元にお持ちください（保管場所は施錠されていないため）。発送をご希望の場合は、徒歩3分にヤマト運輸の窓口があります

Access to the floorお部屋までの経路By stairs. A powered stair lift carries heavy luggage (luggage only, not people). Please tell us before booking if stairs are difficult for anyone in your party.階段でお上がりいただきます。重いお荷物は電動の階段昇降機に載せられます（お荷物用です）。階段にご不安のある方は、ご予約前にお知らせください。

04House rules館内でのお願い

Two rooms on one floor means the other party is right next door. Almost all of this comes down to that.ワンフロアに2室だけなので、もう一組はすぐ隣です。以下のお願いは、ほとんどがそこに由来します。

Smoking喫煙Non-smoking throughout the building, including e-cigarettes. If smoking is found to have taken place indoors, a special cleaning charge of ¥30,000 applies.館内全面禁煙です。電子タバコも含みます。館内での喫煙が確認された場合は、特別清掃料として30,000円（税込）を申し受けます。

Quiet hours静粛時間Please keep noise low after 10:00 PM.22:00以降はお静かにお願いします。

Parties & eventsパーティー・イベントNot permitted.ご遠慮いただいております。

Visitors宿泊者以外の立ち入りOnly registered guests may enter the guest floor.ご宿泊登録のない方の客室フロアへの立ち入りはご遠慮ください。

Maximum occupancy定員Room 301: up to 3 guests. Room 302: up to 3 guests. The third floor holds a maximum of 9 people in total. Please book for the actual number of people staying — the fire regulations and the bedding both depend on it.301号室・302号室ともに3名様までです。3階フロア全体の定員は9名様です。消防上の定めと寝具の数の都合がありますので、実際にお泊まりになる人数でご予約ください。

Children & cotsお子様・ベビーベッドChildren of pre-school age stay free when sharing a bed with a parent. From primary school age, the children's rate is half the adult rate. We do not have cots.未就学のお子様は、保護者の方との添い寝に限り無料でご宿泊いただけます。小学生以上のお子様は、大人料金の半額を申し受けます。ベビーベッドのご用意はございません。

Age restriction年齢制限Guests under 18 cannot stay unaccompanied. At least one guest aged 18 or over must be staying in the room.未成年の方のみでのご宿泊はお受けしておりません。18歳以上の方のご同伴が必要です。

PetsペットPets are not allowed. Assistance dogs — guide, service and hearing dogs — are accepted, as required by Japanese law.ペットの同伴はご遠慮いただいております。なお、身体障害者補助犬（盲導犬・介助犬・聴導犬）は法令に基づきお受けいたします。

Kitchen & laundryキッチン・洗濯Please use them freely, and leave them as you found them for the next guest.ご自由にお使いください。次のお客様のために、使い終わったら元の状態に戻していただけると助かります。

Parking駐車場No parking on site. There are plenty of coin car-parks within a five-minute walk — Ukishima-dori and the surrounding streets have several. For motorbikes, a dedicated car-park is three minutes away at ¥200 per 12 hours.当宿に駐車場はございません。お車は、浮島通りをはじめ徒歩5分圏内にコインパーキングが多数ありますので、そちらをご利用ください。バイクは専用の駐輪場が徒歩3分（12時間200円）にあります。

Damage & lost items破損・忘れ物Please tell us if something breaks — accidents happen and we would rather know. Items left behind are kept for a short period; return shipping is at your cost.破損があった場合は、隠さずお知らせください。忘れ物は一定期間お預かりします（返送は着払いとなります）。お心当たりのある方は、お早めにご連絡ください。

We keep the direct, Booking.com and Airbnb conditions aligned wherever the platforms allow it. Where a platform enforces its own rules, that platform's rules win for that booking. 当サイト・Booking.com・Airbnb の条件は、各サイトの仕様が許すかぎり同じ内容にそろえています。各サイトが独自の規定を適用する場合は、そのご予約についてはサイト側の規定が優先されます。
